We offer a 30-day home trial. If you are not satisfied with your Tonal, you can request a return within 30 days of installation for a full refund, minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.

While the core hardware functions without a subscription, a membership is required to access AI-powered weight adjustments, expert-led programs, progress tracking, and the full library of on-demand workouts.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
Every new Tonal unit comes with a 3-year limited warranty covering the screen and electronic components, and a 1-year warranty for the smart accessories.
What are the space requirements for installation?
